TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are willing to follow the TOS below;Wills & Wonts:
I am willing to draw anything EXCEPT for the following:
- heavy mecha
- anything with implications that can be considered harmful or goes against my moral beliefs (proship, homophobic, racist, fascist, etc.)Process:
- Through dms i will be occasionally sending the commissioner watermarked wip pictures to ensure the commissioner i'm working on their commission.
- i will ONLY accept payment after i finish said commission, before sending it to the commissioner without a watermark. If commissioner HAS to pay before I finish i can compromise.PAYMENTS
- I currently accept payment through paypal and gcash. Debit card will be implemented soon.
- Depending on the payment method commissioner will pay 50% the price of the transfer fee (ex. paypal)REVISIONS
- I will be discussing thumbnails/concept sketches with the commissioner before starting on the final sketch, the farther I am in the drawing process, the less/smaller revisions i can make.
- As much as possible tell me all the details you want for your commission (unless you want me to surprise you ahaha) so I can capture your vision the best I can. reference pictures, notes, character context and specifications are recommended.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Deadlines are very much accepted and can be discussed. deadline pieces will be given utmost priority. Other commissions will be first-come-first-serve.
- Delivery will depend on my productivity rate which will depend on my free time. fastest is 1 week, slowest is 2 months.USE
- My works are for personal use by default, but commercial use can be considered (with extra pay depending on use.) Using my art for commercial purposes without my permission and commercial fee will grant you a spot in my blacklist.REFUNDS
- I will be requesting payment ONLY WHEN I FINISH THE COMMISSION so the commissioner will have all the time to back out before paying. refunds are not applicable to my system. Attempting to make a refund after I finish your commission will grant you a spot in my blacklist.COMMUNICATION
- You can communicate with me about your commission via discord, twt or instagram dms. I will be sending watermarked wip pictures of your commission with every step of the process to ensure the commissioner partakes in the process through comments and revisions.
